Prairie Swine Centre in conjunction with University of Saskatchewan and Meyers Norris Penny are developing a swine production management series of courses for the hutterite brethren in Saskatchewan. With an emphasis on nutrition, the course will also cover topics such as ventilation management, safety and animal handling.
Animal Handling components will run November 9, 2007 and February 8, 2008 at the Prairie Swine Center - Elstow Research Farm. (Instructing)
